I was recently in the market to replace my worn hex drivers of many years – having rounded a couple of heads on some button head screws.
In the course of trying to recover the situation, I got my hands on some MIP Hex Drivers – and the quality of them was immense. So I went out and bought a set – despite spending 3 times what other drivers would have cost me.
Here they are on Amazon:

What’s the alternative to MIP Hex Drivers?
What didn’t occur to me at the time was that I could have simply replaced the hex driver tips on my current hex driver set – and spent out only £15 instead of £45
The tungsten hex driver tips from Arrowmax and other similar quality brands are available from model shops such as Wheelspin Models for around £5 each – a bargain to bring your hex driver set back to basically brand new!
I don’t regret buying the MIP drivers – they are great quality tools!
But I may have invested that £30 into something else! (RC Car related of course!)
